Returns and Refunds
DELEKS accepts return requests for compliants, as well as for non-defective goods. It is possible to request a return within 30 days under these conditions: possession of receipt or invoice; products complete with packaging and in perfect condition.
The customer can request a voucher for other purchases, or a refund. In both cases, the amount will be deducted from the actual shipping costs that Deleks incurred when the goods were sent for the first time (proof of transport costs can be requested starting from the 10th day of the month following the day of shipment of the purchased item). .

RETURN FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
The return of the product must be operated by courier to the DELEKS warehouses. To request a return, you must contact us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) indicating the order number and the reason for such a return.

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If an article is defective, DELEKS will provide the required assistance, providing for the possible replacement or repair of the same. The return of the defective product can be made within 2 years by private customers and within 1 year by professionals with eligible VAT number, upon contacting (email@example.com).
DELEKS will cover the shipping costs.
Legal Warranty for Consumers
Pursuant to the Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), all Products for sale on the Website are covered by the legal warranty in favour of the Consumer, in the event of a lack of conformity.
The lack of conformity of the Products that occurs within 24 months of delivery, must be reported by the Consumer within 2 months of its acknowledgment.
In case of lack of conformity, the Consumer may ask DELEKS, alternatively and without charges:
- the repair or replacement of the purchased Product
- a reduction of the price for purchase
- the termination of the Sales Agreement.
The solutions requested by the Consumer, once the defect of the product has been ascertained, may be offered. unless the request is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome; pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
To exercise the legal warranty, the Consumer can send the report by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Legal Warranty for Professionals
It shall be noted that, in regard to the Warranty for Product Defects, the Professional is granted all the rights provided for by articles 1490 and following ones of the Civil Code, which provides for the legal warranty of 12 months.
In particular, the Professional can enforce the warranty, provided that he reports the defect of the Product within eight days of its acknowledgment, and before the expiration of the year from the delivery of the same.
