Battery warranty and Technical Assistance

1. 12-month commercial warranty on the battery against manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid provided that the machine and battery are used and maintained in accordance with the operating instructions. Normal capacity degradation, deep discharge, overcharging, improper storage and any use not in accordance with the operating instructions are excluded from the warranty.
2. The battery is replaceable.
3. Replacement batteries will remain available in the long term, for a minimum period of 10 years.
4. Complete assistance and technical support through DELEKS® branches and headquarters.
