Professional drum wood chipper DELEKS® DK-800 LF powered by a 15 HP LIFAN petrol engine with electric start, designed for intensive chipping of dry and green wood up to 10 cm in diameter.

Equipped with reversible special steel cutting blades already mounted on the drum, with an additional spare set of 2 reversible blades supplied free of charge.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The DELEKS® DK-800 LF is a professional-grade drum wood chipper, engineered for heavy-duty and continuous operation when processing large volumes of pruning waste and wood material.

The machine is powered by a LIFAN 190FD petrol engine, 4-stroke, 15 HP, featuring electric key start and a manual emergency start, ensuring reliable operation in all working conditions.

The central drum chipping system uses two horizontal reversible cutting blades made of high-strength special steel combined with a fixed counter blade, providing an aggressive, consistent cut and long service life.

The machine is supplied with two reversible cutting blades already installed on the drum. An additional spare set of 2 reversible blades is included free of charge to ensure operational continuity and reduce downtime.

APPLICATION

Suitable for chipping:

• dry wood

• green wood

• large-diameter branches

• pruning residues

• palm leaves

Maximum chipping diameter: 10 cm.

The produced wood chips are relatively uniform, approximately 1 cm, depending on the type and moisture content of the processed material.

The machine is not suitable for shredding maize, straw, alfalfa or similar herbaceous materials.

Not approved for road use.

TECHNICAL FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

Drum cutting system with high-strength reversible special steel blades.

Electric start with key, with manual emergency pull start.

Reinforced discharge chute made of heavy-gauge tubular steel. The 165 cm discharge height allows material to be discharged directly into compost containers, bins or onto a van bed. The discharge direction can be adjusted or the chute removed in seconds using butterfly clamps.

Conical taper bush between the pulley and the drum shaft, ensuring a precise fit, reducing stress on the transmission and preventing long-term wear such as shaft ovalisation.

Centrifugal anti-shock clutch with floating weights, preventing direct drive between the engine and the drum. This system facilitates cold starting and protects the engine crankshaft in case of blockages or accidental intake of foreign objects.

Extremely robust and stable construction, approx. 200 kg, designed for intensive use.

Ergonomic design with a low centre of gravity, reducing effort during handling and improving operational stability.

Reinforced low-maintenance tyres, designed to minimise the risk of air loss over time, with a central dust cap.

Towing hitch for easier handling and movement on-site.
