Professional hydraulic 5-disc cutting bar with 1.6-meter cutting width, designed for intensive pruning of hedges, branches, vegetation and professional green maintenance on excavators, hydraulic brush cutters and professional hedge cutters.

The reinforced structure and high-strength steel discs ensure excellent cutting performance, long service life and reduced maintenance even in heavy-duty applications.

The 5 discs Ø 400 mm are equipped with 60 teeth each featuring tungsten carbide tips (TCT), ideal for fast, clean and precise cutting on woody vegetation and branches up to approximately 90 mm in diameter.

Power transmission is provided by a bidirectional orbital hydraulic motor with case drain and a displacement of 23 cc/rev, designed to ensure high rotation speed, smooth operation and constant torque during work.

The belt transmission system helps reduce vibrations and mechanical stress, improving reliability and durability even in intensive professional use.

Technical notes:

The carrier machine must be equipped with a hydraulic system featuring a free oil return line. In the event of excessive flow, the oil must be able to return directly to the tank return line, preventing overpressure and ensuring proper operation of the hydraulic motor.

It is also essential to verify that the hydraulic flow and pressure of the carrier machine are compatible with the cutting bar specifications.
