Disc wood chipper for tractor DELEKS® DK-1200SE PTO-driven, designed for wood chip production with tractors from 20 to 60 HP.
PTO-driven machine suitable for chipping branches and wood up to 10 cm in diameter, equipped with reversible steel cutting blades and PTO shaft with shear bolt.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The DELEKS® DK-1200SE is a tractor-mounted disc wood chipper designed for agricultural and forestry applications, suitable for producing high-quality wood chips for biomass boilers and heating systems.

The machine operates via the tractor PTO and uses a heavy-duty steel chipping disc, providing high rotational inertia, consistent cutting performance and continuous operation.

Power transmission to the feed roller is belt-driven, ensuring a constant feed speed of the material towards the cutting blades and producing uniform, regular-sized wood chips.

The cutting system consists of two reversible cutting blades made of special steel combined with a fixed counter blade, ensuring high cutting efficiency and long component life.

APPLICATION

Suitable for chipping:

• dry wood

• green wood

• branches

• pruning residues

Maximum chipping diameter: 10 cm.

The produced wood chips are regular and suitable for efficient combustion in wood chip boilers.

The machine is not suitable for shredding maize, straw, alfalfa or similar herbaceous materials.

Compatible with tractors equipped with:

• PTO

• 3-point linkage Category 1

Compatible with most compact and isodiametric tractors, including Fiat Piccola, Lamborghini Ego, Kubota B series, Pasquali Era, BCS Raptor, Antonio Carraro Tigre, Goldoni Euro, New Holland Boomer 25–35, Landini Mistral, Same Delfino, Solaris, Valpadana and equivalent models.
